Patterns of Agile Journeys

In this session participants were asked to tell a story of a specific instance of an Agile journey taken by an organization and to illustrate that journey. The purpose was to learn from the experiences of others and to identify patterns across multiple Agile journeys.

Wednesday's pictures show the initial illustrations of the stories. Thursday's pictures have the added annotation (via post-its) of patterns and significant events.

This session was continued over lunch on Thursday as well.
